Gil Nussbaum

Gil Nussbaum was Chief Financial Officer of Amiad Filtration Systems Ltd.
from December 10, 2008 to March 2009.
Prior to joining Amiad Filtration Systems, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Tnuva Romania.
Mr. Nussbaum held senior positions in Latin America at Plastro Irrigation Systems from 2003 to 2007.
He was a Director of Plastro Peru SA from 2005 and 2007 and Manager-Financial Division of Intentia Israel from 1999 to 2003.
Mr. Nussbaum has 14 years of managerial experience in finance and operations.
He received a BA degree in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
Mr. Nussbaum is a Chartered Public Accountant.
