Founded in 2017, the firm is headquartered in Zurich and manages collective investment schemes for institutional and individual clients.

Ersel Asset Management SGR SpA (EAM) is the fund management arm of Ersel SIM SpA, itself a subsidiary of Ersel Finanziaria SpA in Italy. The firm was founded in 1983 and formerly known as Sogersel. Headquartered in Turin, EAM manages harmonized Italian mutual funds differentiated by management policy, market and securities, and hedge funds.

Pictet Funds SA (Switzerland) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pictet & Cie, a privately-owned bank founded in 1805 and based in Geneva. Established in 1996, the Geneva-based subsidiary has a Zurich branch as well as offices in Western Europe and in the Far East. Pictet Funds is primarily a marketing and funds distribution company. The firm distributes a wide range of unit trust funds, most of them managed by their fellow subsidiary Pictet Asset Management.
