Gerald L. Jensen

The Company's principal activities are to explore and produce oil and gas, primarily through ownership of perpetual mineral interests and acquisition of oil and gas leases. The Company acquires and owns producing and non-producing leases and perpetual mineral interests in Alabama, Colorado, Michigan, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah and Wyoming. The major customers of the Company include Jenex Petroleum Corp, Merit Energy and Sunoco Inc. The Company presently participates as a working interest owner in 38 single wells and in 10 units of multiple wells. In 2007 Croff Enterprises, Inc. hereafter Croff Enterprises or Croff spun-off its oil and gas assets, related bank accounts, along with all related assets and liabilities to a new wholly owned subsidiary Croff Oil Company, Inc.
