Prior to joining Ramius Capital in December 2004, Mr. Graham was co-founder and a Managing Member of Gryfon Partners, LLC a principal investments firm which structured and invested in special situations in structured finance.
Before forming Gryfon Partners, Mr. Graham was a Managing Director at Salomon Smith Barney (now Smith Barney Asset Management) within the Global Fixed Income Division.
Mr. Graham joined the Real Estate Department at Salomon Brothers Inc in 1985 and in 1991 moved to Asset Backed Finance.
From 1995 to 2001, Mr. Graham was co-Head of Global Asset Backed and co-Head of Principal Finance until leaving in 2002.
Mr. Graham began his Wall Street career in the Real Estate Department at First Boston in 1985.
Mr. Graham graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1982 and The London School of Economics in 1983.
