The Legal and HR business area includes concepts lawline, more time legal and corporate legal services and peoplesoft transition. The Business Support business area includes financial function as well as advisory services in legal, HR and management to contractors; and implements the objective to digitize parts of its service offering. The Financial Services business area includes advices in financing area, arranging of financing and own credit operations to customers. The company was founded by Mats Melander in 2004 and is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.
