Eric Menotti
Profile
Eric Menotti, graduated in life science from the University of Lausanne, obtained a master’s and a PhD
degree in molecular biology.
After six years of basic research at the Swiss Institute for Cancer Research
(ISREC), Dr. Menotti joined the biochemical sensor department of the privately held company CSEM in
Neuchâtel, where he acquired extensive experience in the field of microchips development and diagnostics.
In
2000, he turned to financial business as a sell-side analyst at the Pictet bank and assumed responsibility for
the biotech sector.
In 2002, Dr. Menotti pursued his career in investment management at Lombard Odier
Darier Hentsch as part of the life science team.
As a Vice President, he is a fund manager for the Biotech and
the Immunology Funds and also participates in the development of the healthcare franchise.
