Edward Ratinoff

Prior to joining JER, Mr. Ratinoff held senior positions focusing on real estate investment banking with McDonald Investments, Chase Securities and BT Alex Brown, executing public and private capital market transactions for west coast-based real estate companies.
Mr. Ratinoff also served as Principal with Fowler Flanagan Partners, where he was responsible for the acquisition, financing and development of real estate assets and as Project Manager for the Paragon Group, where he was responsible for the development of office and industrial projects in the San Francisco bay area.
Mr. Ratinoff received a B.A.
in Architecture and City Planning from the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.B.A.
from the J.L.
Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
