Mr. Edward May is Principal at USRG.
Prior to joining USRG in June 2005, he was with Duke interned for GE Wind Power in their Renewable Energy Leadership program as well as with Carolina Green Energy, a renewable energy developer in North Carolina.
Prior to Duke, Mr. May was an Investment Banking Associate at Lehman Brother, Inc. in New York in their Sports Advisory and Finance Group.
At Lehman Brothers he assisted major sports teams, leagues and owners in various complex financing as well as M&A advisory.
Mr. May holds a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Political Science with a minor in Biology and a graduate student at Duke University where he received joint Master Degrees in Business Administration and Environmental Management
