Prior to joining Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners in 2006, he was a member of Lehman Brothers' Real Estate Investment Banking group, where he participated in numerous advisory and financing transactions on behalf of public and private clients.
Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in 2004, Mr. Kang was a mergers and acquisitions lawyer at Davis Polk & Wardwell where he advised private equity firms, corporations and financial institutions on a variety of acquisition, disposition, joint venture and other transactions.

from Harvard College and a J.D.
from Harvard Law School.
