While at Delaware, he also launched and managed the Delaware Value Fund (subsequently renamed Delaware Small Cap Value Fund), investing in small and mid-capitalization equities.

in Finance from Georgetown University and an M.B.A.
in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
