Prior to Inverness Graham, Mr. Frey spent fifteen years with Booz Allen & Hamilton, where he was a partner in the Operations Practice leading work in strategy, operational improvement and innovation for companies in engineered products industries.
Prior to Booz Allen, he was with Adams Russell Electronics, where he held positions in engineering, sales, operations and executive management.
Mr. Frey currently serves on the Board of Directors of ElectriTek AVT, Nexergy, and DemandPoint.
He has an S.B.
and S.M.
from MIT and an M.B.A from the Harvard Business School.
He currently is CEO of Inverness Graham portfolio company, DemandPoint, a solutions provider to manufacturing industries.
