Mr. Figueroa majored in aeronautics at Reedley College and obtained his Airframe & Power Plant License in 1964.
In 1970, he started working in the heating and air-conditioning field as a service manager and service technician with Jack's Refrigeration, Inc. Mr. Figueroa purchased the company in 1993, and manages the business, which built a new, larger facility in 2000.
