Diallo Lucious Johnson

Before joining FIS Group, Mr. Johnson was a visiting graduate level professor with Florida A&M University Graduate School of Business & Industry where he taught Investment Analysis & Portfolio Management, Alternative Investments, and Corporate Finance.
During that time, he worked as an independent consultant/portfolio strategist focusing mainly on hedge funds, including derivatives positions.
In addition, Mr. Johnson provided systems management consulting services for the maintenance of derivatives positions, as well as systems for handling day-to-day operations of hedge funds, to other investment managers and investment management firms.
His consulting services also included the refinement of manager investment and marketing strategies for future growth.
Mr. Johnson also spent several years working as a senior research analyst for the U.S.
Sugar Corporation where he specialized in options, futures and cash contracts.
His experience also included maintenance of the Company's substantial citrus, sugar and oil futures/options positions, monitoring the profit impact of hedged positions within overall markets, and development of various hedging and trading strategies.
Additionally, Mr. Johnson designed and developed a proprietary risk management tool at the U.S.
Sugar Corporation that electronically recorded and controlled commodities transactions matched against actual raw material procurement, production and sales with their corresponding financial and/or cash contract hedges.
Mr. Johnson earned his Bachelor in Business Administration degree and his MBA with a concentration in Finance from Florida A&M University.
