Her primary role with Fitch was on rating new CMBS issuances.
Ms. McGarry’s previous experience included working at Royal Bank of Canada’s U.S.
subsidiary in Atlanta with a primary focus on commercial real estate lending and underwriting in Georgia, Florida and the Carolinas.
She also spent five years with JPMorgan Chase’s underwriting and origination group in Atlanta.
Ms. McGarry received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
She completed her MBA at the University of Georgia in 1998 with a concentration in real estate and finance.
