David L. Mitchell

Mr. Mitchell is the President of Mitchell & Associates, Inc., a company focusing on mergers and acquisitions.
He has many years of experience in the investment banking field.
His investment banking career began when he became a Managing Director of the London firm of S.G.
Warburg and Company in 1965, at which time he headed S.G.
Warburg's activities in the United States.
He left Warburg to become a Senior Managing Director of First Boston Corporation before forming Mitchell & Associates.
