Before joining Headwaters, Mr. Heilman was previously an M&A Associate in Credit Suisse First Boston’s San Francisco office.
He has transactional experience in multiple industry sectors.
He joined CSFB from the investment banking division at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell in Singapore and also worked with the Leveraged Finance Group at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson in Frankfurt , Germany .
He is a graduate of Harvard University and holds an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University .
