Mr. Krefman joined The Beitler Company in 2003.
He is responsible for financial analysis and due diligence relating to new development opportunities as well as asset/portfolio acquisitions and dispositions.
Since joining The Beitler Company, Mr. Krefman has been directly involved in transactions valued at over $120 million; including the sale of the LeVeque Tower in Columbus, OH and the sale of 411 E Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI.
Currently, he is the chief financial analyst involved in multiple mixed use and office developments in the greater Chicago area.
Prior to joining The Beitler Company Mr. Krefman worked as an investment banking analyst for Banc of America Securities Real Estate Investment Banking Group.
There he was involved in numerous capital market and M&A transactions, including the sale of the Hotel del Coronado (a $360 million resort hotel in San Diego, CA).
In addition, prior to his time at Banc of America Securities, Mr. Krefman was a summer investment banking analyst for Credit Suisse First Boston’s General Industrial Group.
Mr. Krefman received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with honors from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business in 2002 with concentrations in real estate and finance.
Mr. Krefman is a member of the Urban Land Institute as well as the JUF Young Leaders Real Estate Division.
