Morgan Keegan & Co. LLC is a broker/dealer headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida. The firm was founded in 1969 and is a subsidiary of Raymond James Financial, Inc. (NYSE: RJF). Morgan Keegan & Co. provides securities brokerage services to various types of clients.
