Mr. Dag Detter is a Senior Adviser to the private equity industry, as well as a non-executive director of DTZ Plc.
He was previously the director and president of Stattum, the Swedish state-owned enterprises (SOEs) holding company, and a director at the Swedish Ministry of Industry where he led the overhaul of the Swedish Government’s EUR 60 billion corporate portfolio.
A former banker in China and Europe working with both M&A and project finance, Mr. Detter also has industrial experience of serving on a number of Boards at both public and unlisted companies in various sectors.
Mr. Detter has been an adviser to the World Bank, the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and a number of governments in Europe, MENA and Asia, including China, on the management of SOEs.
A recognised expert in the field, he was one of the key initiators and architects of the OECD Guidelines on Corporate Governance of SOEs.
