Ms. Murphy joined Parish Capital in February 2006.
Prior to Parish Capital, Ms. Murphy opened the Duke Center for Living at Fearrington where she was manager of marketing as well as membership services.
Following several years of management, Ms. Murphy previously worked for UNC Hospitals as their Marketing Manager for their wellness center in Meadowmont, following her work with UNC Wellness Center Courtney worked as a medical research assistant for Wake Women’s Project with UNC Medical School, working in women’s health.
Ms. Murphy is currently pursuing her degree in Communications at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
