Colin Sau

Mr. Colin Sau has over 12 years of experience in Private Equity investments in Asia.
He started his career in 1991 with Federation of Hong Kong Industries, one of the largest business associations in Hong Kong.
In 1997, he joined SP Asia, a Taiwan-based asset management and investment advisory firm, focusing on direct investment in the Great China Region.
In 2000, he joined Suez Asia, a joint venture between Suez Group and Credit Agricole for Private Equity investments in Asia.
He was a Director there and his responsibilities covered all aspects of Private Equity investing in the markets of Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, including the origination of transactions, due diligence, negotiation of investment terms and legal agreements, investment monitoring and the ultimate exit of the investments.
For the eight years with Suez Asia, Mr. Colin Sau was actively involved in the management of over 20 investments in the Great China Region with the total investment amount of over USD 50m.
Mr. Colin Sau is a Chinese and a Hong Kong resident.
