Prior to Atlantic Trust’s acquisition of Stein Roe Investment Counsel, Mr. Bremer served as the analyst on the firm-wide Asset Allocation Team and Investment Committee where he developed a variety of sophisticated asset class valuation and asset allocation models.
Prior to joining Stein Roe Investment Counsel in 2000, Mr. Bremer worked as a senior legislative analyst for a Congressman in the U.S.
House of Representatives.
He holds a BA from Denison University and a Master of Arts from Boston University.
