Chris P. Jansen

Prior to joining Gatehouse Ventures, Mr. Jansen served in a variety of capacities for SunGard Data Systems, Wayne, PA.
While serving in SunGard's largest division, Availability Services, he had a variety of responsibilities including: consulting operations, product development, finance and accounting, information technology and sales.
Mr. Jansen had direct responsibility for the professional services financial reporting systems and the back office system integration project for Sungard's $850 million acquisition of Comdisco.
Before joining SunGard, Mr. Jansen served as a senior management consultant within Coopers & Lybrand's and later PricewaterhouseCoopers Hospitality & Gaming Practice.
Mr. Jansen provided PWC clients with merger and acquisition advisory and due diligence, litigation and arbitration support, strategic planning and research, feasibility studies, financial and economic impact analysis as well as operational/performance improvement reviews.
Mr. Jansen is a summa cum laude graduate from Widener University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management and a certificate in Accounting.
