Chi Hin Lau

Mr. Chi Hin Lau, CFA, is a Director at General Enterprise Management Services Ltd.
Chi Hin has been with GEMS since 2001.
He sources, executes and manages much of GEMS China business.
He also sits on investee company boards, and has a particular strength in deal structuring.
Prior to joining GEMS, Chi Hin was with Robert Fleming & Co. in London where he worked on European mergers & acquisitions and equity financing transactions.
With over 15 years of investment banking and private equity experience, he has worked on direct investments across the Asia Pacific region and across most resource sectors.
Chi Hin holds Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees in Economics from the University of Cambridge, and is a winner of the Wolfson College Jennings Prize.
He is also a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
