Charlotte P. Clark

Ms. Clark has been a general partner of POSCO BioVentures since its inception in 2002.
She has many years of experience in the Biotechnology industry, and has been a founder of four companies, including Cygnus, Inc. and Nereus Pharmaceuticals.
She has served in senior management positions since 1985, in both finance and in business development positions.
Previously, Ms. Clark served as Vice President, Business Development at Myelos Corporation, a neuroscience company, where she was instrumental in selling the company to Savient Pharmaceuticals (formerly Bio-Technology General Corporation).
Ms. Clark is a member of the Licensing Executives Society, and is also involved in the Biotechnology Industry Organization.
She serves on the Board of Directors of Accera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and is an observer on four other boards.
Ms. Clark has a B.A.
from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A.
from the Anderson School at UCLA.
