He served in the United States Army for two years before joining Industrial Commodity Corporation in 1971 where he performed commodity market research.

Macy & Company in 1973 where he was the manager of Corporate Information Systems until 1978.
Mr. DuBois received a B.S.
in Mathematics from the State University of New York at Oneonta in 1969 and an M.B.A.
in Finance from New York University in 1979.
