Profile

Prior to joining Prudential Real Estate Investors, Mr. Lowrey was a Managing Director and head of the Americas for J.P.
Morgan's Real Estate and Lodging Investment Banking group, where he began his investment banking career in 1988.
Under his leadership, the group was the recipient of numerous awards, including Investment Dealer Digest's "Real Estate Deal of the Year" award in 1997 and 1998 and Institutional Investor's "Real Estate Deal of the Year" in 1999 and 2000.
Prior to joining J.P.
Morgan, Mr. Lowrey spent four years as a managing partner of an architecture and development firm he founded in New York City.
Mr. Lowery received an MBA degree from Harvard University, an M.A.
degree in architecture from Yale University, and an A.B.
degree in architecture from Princeton University.
He is a registered New York architect.
