Brian Seong joined Instar in 2018, applying his strong skills in financial analysis, modelling and valuation to the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities and asset management.
Brian was previously a Private Equity Associate in the infrastructure and energy group at Allstate Investments.
Focusing on power generation, transportation, oil and gas, and renewable energy sectors, Brian was responsible for investment screening, building and modifying valuation or operational models, conducting due diligence, transaction structuring and drafting investment memoranda.
Previously, Brian was an Investment Banking Analyst within Citigroup’s global energy group.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Economics and Finance from Ryerson University.
