Brian F. Faughnan

Mr. Faughnan has spent his career in the capital markets developing diverse transactional and analytical expertise across a broad cross-section of industry groups, in both advisory and operational roles.
Before joining Osprey Capital, he was a senior executive at a leading venture capital firm and prior to that, Mr. Faughnan was a Founder and Managing Director of a Toronto-based specialized Investment Bank.
Mr. Faughnan holds an Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Toronto’ s Rotman School of Business and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
