Bordin Thavik

Mr. Bordin Thavik is a Supervisory Partner of Excelsior and currently serves on the Board of Taiwan Green Point Enterprises in Taiwan.
He previously served on the Board of PrivyLink in Singapore.
Prior to joining Excelsior, he served as a Vice President in the Asia Private Equity group at Bankers Trust Company in Hong Kong.
Bordin was previously a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Finance team in Hong Kong, leading and participating in the execution of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, recapitalizations and financings.
Mr. Bordin Thavik also spent 10 years in engineering and operations management at Sun Microsystems, Inc. and Advanced Micro Devices Inc. in Santa Clara, California.
Mr. Bordin Thavik holds an M.B.A.
and a B.S.
in electrical engineering (High Honors) from the University of California at Berkeley.
