Spurs Sports & Entertainment is a sports and American entertainment company that offers live and digital experiences for fans. The private company owns and operates three teams, including the Spurs (NBA), Austin Spurs (NBA G League), and FC (USL), and manages the day-to-day operations of several venues. In November 2021, the company broke ground on a $500 million legacy project called the Rock at La Cantera, which will feature a human performance research center, park, event plaza, and space for medical, hospitality, and office use. The campus will also be home to the new Victory Capital Performance Center, a state-of-the-art training facility for the San Antonio Spurs, which is scheduled to open in late summer of 2023.
