Mr. Bob R.
Hinckley is Senior Vice President-Government Programs at Capital District Physicians Health Plan, Inc. He was named senior vice president, government and external relations in January 2006 after serving as vice president government and external relations since July 2004.

He peviously served as vice chair of the Commission on Healthcare Facilities in the 21st Century, and on the executive board of the American Marketing Association (AMA).
