Mr. Bill Foster is Executive Managing Director at Weeden & Co. LP.
He joined Weeden & Co in Aprik 2005 & oversees the Program Trading and Electronic Trading efforts, working closely with clients to design and implement customized trading strategies, both high and low touch, in an increasingly complex market place.
Mr. Foster worked at UBS for 5 years as an Executive Director of Global Program Trading, and at Banco Santander for 3 years before that, initially as the Head of Equity Technology and later as the creator and Head of the Program Trading offering.
Mr. Foster received his BA in Computer Information Systems from Iona College.
