Ashley Hollweg is a member of Batrus Hollweg International's consulting team, focusing on management and executive assessments.
Ashley has experience in helping organizations design assessment processes and competency models that drive organizational values.
Ashley's role as an Executive Consultant includes: Executive coaching and executive team development Succession planning and competency modeling Leadership selection, development, and retention Ashley earned both a Ph.D.
and an M.A.
in Psychology from Southern Methodist University.
She received her B.A.
from Davidson College.
Ashley's research has been published in several academic journals, and she is currently an affiliate member of the American Psychological Association.
