Arthur Milton Tyson

Mr. Arthur M.
Tyson, II, is a Director of Research at Mastholm Asset Management LLC.
Prior to forming Mastholm in 1997, he was a private investor and a partner at Lafayette Partners and Smith Rede Capital in California from 1994 to 1997.
From 1984 to 1988, he was the vice president of operations for B.J.
Yond and Co., where he worked with Ted Tyson.
Mr. Tyson received a BA in History from the University of California at Berkeley and a MA in Education from St. Mary's College in California.
