Dr. Anna Hammerschmid is a Research Associate at The German Institute for Economic Research.
She is a postdoctoral research associate in the Public Economics department at DIW.
She joined the group in October 2016.
Since October 2019, she is additionally a member of the editorial staff of the DIW Weekly Report.
She received her doctoral degree as well as her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of Mannheim.
In the 2011/2012 academic year, she was a visiting student at the University of California, Berkeley.
