Affiliates of SAAM include, but are not limited to, Sterne, Agee & Leach, Inc. and Sterne Agee Financial Services, Inc. (each a registered broker-dealer), Sterne Agee Investment Advisor Services, Inc. (an SEC-registered investment advisor), The Trust Company of Sterne Agee, Inc. (an Alabama-chartered non-depository trust company), and FBC Mortgage LLC, a retail mortgage banker.
