Ms. Chavez has several years of experience in underwriting transactions, including leveraged and commercial lending.
Prior to Monroe, Ms. Chavez was an Associate with BMO Capital Markets where she managed a client portfolio and structured financing solutions for companies involved in recapitalizations, mergers and acquisitions, and other leveraged finance transactions.
Ms. Chavez was also an Assistant Vice President at Harris Bank where she worked with the Institutional Market Group, underwriting financing packages for tax-exempt and not-for-profit clients.
Ms. Chavez earned her B.S.
in Finance from the University of Illinois and is currently pursuing her M.B.A.
in Finance, Marketing, and International Business from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management in Chicago.
