In May 2013, Kepler Capital Markets SA completed the acquisition of Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux SA from Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank SA, a unit of Crédit Agricole SA. Kepler Capital Markets intends to combine its business with Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux under a new entity, Kepler Cheuvreux, in 2013, and will be headquartered in Paris. They will have offices in Amsterdam, Boston, Frankfurt, Geneva, London, Madrid, Milan, New York, San Francisco, Stockholm, Vienna and Zurich.

Tailor AM SAS is the asset management subsidiary of Nortia SAS in France. The firm was founded by Jean-Joseph Haas in 1976 and formerly known as Haas Gaignault et Associés and Haas Gestion SAS. Headquartered in Paris, Tailor Asset Management offers conviction-based management to institutional and private investors.
