Aditya Nataraja

Mr. Aditya Nataraja has been with Ventureast since November 2007, he manages early stage investments of the Ventureast Tenet Fund.
He has seen nearly 200 proposals, has collaborated in two investments in the technology space, and is currently working with three portfolio companies - Mobien, Lattice Bridge, and Vortex.
He was on the road, the second day of his career at Ventureast, travelling to the “field” to review and validate the enterprise mobile solution developed by Mobien.
He conducted the due diligence, developed ROI projections for the product, and eventually got the approvals required to make the investment.
In the case of another opportunity which did not materialize, he had built the entire cost model, and helped the promoters put the cost structure in place.
He works closely with portfolio companies, using his operational skills and network to add value post investment.
He has helped portfolio companies in developing investment memorandums and other related activities for raising follow-on funding .
He also guides companies in their marketing and pricing activities.
Prior to joining Ventureast, he developed his operational competence working for the consulting and investment arm of the Apollo Healthcare group.
He was responsible for evaluating investment opportunities and proposals for the company’s global consulting operations.
One such strategic investment which Aditya whetted is today the largest private healthcare service provider in West Africa.
He also has entrepreneurial experience in a bootstrap situation as a founding member of Novatium, a low cost computing technology provider.
He has an MBA from BIM, Trichy, and a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Mysore.
