Adam Selkin

Prior to joining Chardan Capital Markets in March 2008, Mr. Selkin was with C.E.
Unterberg, Towbin, where he was Senior Vice President of the Special Equities Group and Corporate Client Services.
He was responsible for sourcing and placing PIPE transactions and servicing companies on all aspects of the capital markets post financing.
He began his career at Wall Street in 1996, managing assets for ultra high net worth and institutional investors.
He spent his first 10 years at Oppenheimer & Co. and Smith Barney, managing assets for corporate executives of publicly traded companies, including but not limited to, retirement plans, corporate stock buybacks,144 and restricted stock transactions and 10(b)5-1 sales plans.
Mr. Selkin graduated from Syracuse University with a BA in Sociology, where he was a member of the Varsity Soccer team for 3 years.
