He is leading the finance team, responsible for all of the company’s financial functions including reporting and budgeting.
He has particular expertise in developing financial policies to support rapid growth, continuously evaluating internal controls environment, and ensuring that stringent controls and compliance standards are maintained to invest in future sustainable business success and support rapid growth.
Prior to joining SVCIC, Abdul Saleem held different executive positions in financial accounting and management in different companies, including Al Thelim Group (Chief Finance Officer), Bureau Veritas Saudi Arabia (Financial Controller for KSA and Head of Finance Shared Service Center for KSA), Arabian Cultures Company (Finance Officer), Almasa IT Distribution FZCO- Dubai, The Art Heir Group – Dubai.
His career accomplishments include leading the implementation of KSA Finance Shared Service Center for Bureau Veritas Group of companies in Saudi Arabia, from sourcing to successful completion.
He holds Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from Institute of Certified Management Accountants, Australia: MBA in Finance from Rabindranath Tagore University, India; and a Bachelor Degree of Commerce from the University of Calicut, India and holds many courses in the field of finance, financial management and consulting.
