Eni New Energy US Inc. entered into an agreement to acquire 80% equity stake in Three Photovoltaic Plants in US. from EDP Renováveis, S.A. (ENXTLS:EDPR) on January 10, 2024. The agreement allows Plenitude to reach over 1,2 GW of installed capacity in the U.S. contributing to the goal of reaching 7 GW worldwide by 2026. BofA Securities, Inc. acted as financial advisor to Eni Plenitude S.p.A. Marathon Capital, LLC acted as financial advisor to EDP Renováveis, S.A.
