Clients' Websites are hosted on servers owned or leased by Styleclick and rely on a combination of third party and Styleclick proprietary technology to operate. The Company generates revenue from clients via service fees charged for such design, construction, operations and maintenance services. Styleclick was incorporated by USANi Sub LLC, a subsidiary of USA Networks, Inc. (USA), in connection with the merger of Styleclick.com Inc. and Internet Shopping Network LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of USA prior to the merger.
