PLC SpA, formerly Industria e Innovazione SpA, is an Italy-based company primarily engaged in the energy sector. The Company is active in the development and operation of technologies for the production of electricity from renewable sources. It is focused in the research and development of such projects as the construction and operation of the generation electric power plant fueled by biomass; optimization of industrial development of photovoltaic dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) tiles; construction of anaerobic digestion plants for electricity generation from biogas, and creation of a prototype of a high efficiency modular generator. The Company also holds a portfolio of direct and indirect real estate. The funds obtained from the sale of real estate properties are invested in the renewable energy core business.
