Osiris Corporation, formerly Thomas Equipment, Inc., operates through two business segments: Thomas Equipment and Pneutech. Thomas Equipment manufactures and distributes a line of skid steer and mini skid steer loaders, as well as attachments, mobile screening plants and six models of mini excavators. Thomas Equipment operates six retail stores, three in Atlantic Canada, one in Presque Isle, Maine, one in Aurora, Colorado and one in Lynnwood, Illinois. Pneutech and its subsidiaries are engaged in the fluid power industry providing distribution and manufacturing of pneumatic and hydraulic components and systems for the industrial market, distribution and manufacturing of hydraulic components and systems for the mobile market, and manufacturing of hydraulic cylinders and metal gaskets for the industrial market. The Company acquired Pneutech and its subsidiaries on February 28, 2005.
