Business Summary

Fibon Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company is principally engaged in the manufacturing of advanced polymer matrix fiber composites for the manufacturing of FIBON high-amperage insulators used to develop high-amperage switchgear, switchboard systems, circuit breakers, generator turbines, infrastructure projects and oil and gas projects. It operates through three segments: Investment holding, Sales of goods and Financing income. The Sales of goods segment is engaged in the manufacturing and trading of electrical insulators, electrical enclosures, switchboards equipment parts and meter boards. The Financing income segment is engaged in financial business of factoring and financing activities. It also specializes in the manufacturing and supplying of explosion-proof electrical switchboards and enclosures, and trading in copper busbars. The Company's wholly owned subsidiaries include Hexa Analisa Sdn. Bhd., Fibon Electric (M) Sdn. Bhd., and Fibon UK Limited.
