Axteria Group Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company is principally engaged in the development and management of real estate projects. The Company's segments include Property development and construction, Investment holding, and Trading. The Property development and construction segment includes development of properties, securing and carrying out construction contracts and a hotel under construction which will be occupied by the Company. The Investment holding segment includes investing activities where investments contribute dividend income and interest income as well as sharing of results of the investee companies. The Trading segment includes wholesale of construction materials to third party customers. In supporting the core business of real estate development, the Company is engaged in various aspects of property development services, such as land identification and acquisition, feasibility studies, project planning, marketing and implementation.
