Dynamic Active U.S. Dividend ETF - Distributing - CAD Share Price

The ETF seeks to provide long-term capital growth by investing primarily in a broadly diversified portfolio of equity securities of U.S. based businesses that pay or are expected to pay a dividend or distribution. Exposure to these types of equity securities will be obtained by investing primarily in Dynamic Active U.S. Dividend Fund, and/or by investing directly in them, in securities of one or more investment funds, and/or through the use of derivatives. To achieve its objective, the ETF will invest, directly or indirectly, primarily in equity securities of businesses based in the U.S. that have current or anticipated dividend policies which are believed to be an indicator of long-term growth potential.
