Following the above listed transactions, Telenor ASA owns a total of 2009890 own
shares, representing 0.1% of Telenor ASA's share capital. 
Pursuant to the agreement with the Norwegian State, represented by the Ministry
of Trade, Industry and Fisheries, under which the Norwegian State participates
in the share buyback on a pro rata basis, 2026/2027 program was 10.4 % completed
as of 19 June 2026.
